Abstract
Visiting Professor Munro, the Secretary General of the International Commission of Jurists, spoke about the missions of the Commission in preserving the Rule of Law, and discussed the Commission's work, including its publications, its World Congress and the global Resolutions which result, and the difficulties of implementing the Rule of Law. Sir Leslie mentioned in particular the lack of the Rule of Law in Ghana; and the future activities of the Commission, including its responsibilities for educating law students and involving law schools in the Commission's work.
